Burrata Salad

Level: Beginner    Time: 10 min.    Serving: 2-4

Ingredients:

   

4 cups arugula                 

 7 slices of prosciutto      

 1 tomato                                

 1  burrata cheese              

​

   

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

salt

pepper

Directions:

 

1. Place washed arugula into a plate.

​

2. Chop the tomato into slices.

​

3. Layer the prosciutto slices onto the arugula.

​

4. Add the tomato slices.

​

5. Place the burrata in the center of the salad.

​

6. Drizzle the olive oil & balsamic vinegar on top of all of the ingredients.

 

7. Finish with a sprinkle of salt & pepper.
