Honey Truffle Crostini 

Level: Beginner    Time: 20 min.    Serving: 12

Ingredients:

 1 baguette                     

 1 cup ricotta    

 olive oil                          

​

truffle honey

salt

pepper

Directions:

 

1. Slice baguette around 1-inch thick.

 

2. Place baguette slices on a baking tray.

 

3. Brush olive oil on each slice.

 

4. Place baguette slices in the oven at 35O°C for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

 

5. Using an electric mixer, whip the ricotta until light and airy.

 

6. Spread the whipped ricotta on top of the toasted baguette slices.

 

7. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon of truffle honey onto each.

 

8. Finish with a sprinkle of salt & pepper.
