Artichoke Tagliatelle Alfredo

Level: Beginner    Time: 45 min.    Serving: 4

Ingredients:

Parsley

Parmesan

Salt

Pepper

1 can of artichokes 

1 garlic clove 

250ml vegetable broth

473ml whipping cream 

450 grams Tagliatelle pasta

Directions:

 

1. Chop 1 can of artichokes.

 

2. Chop 1 garlic clove.

 

3. Pour 50ml of olive oil into a frying pan and add in the chopped garlic and artichokes.

 

4. Bring heat to high.

5. Pour in 250ml of vegetable broth with a sprinkle of salt & pepper.

 

6. Add in 473ml of whipping cream.

 

7. Add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese and a pinch of parsley.

 

8. Stir and leave the sauce on low until the pasta is done cooking.

 

9. Fill up a new pot with water and add 1/4th cup of salt.

 

10. Add the Tagliatelle pasta to the water.

 

11. Follow the pasta cooking directions located on the packaging.

 

12. Once the pasta is cooked, place the pasta into the sauce and mix!

 

13. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley & parmesan cheese.
